1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Orderlyph, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Orderlyph Provides

Orderlyph is an order management platform that allows small businesses ("Sellers") to receive and manage customer orders online. We provide tools for order tracking, customer communication, and payment coordination.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller, you are responsible for:

• Fulfilling orders placed through your shop
• Providing accurate product information and pricing
• Communicating with your customers regarding their orders
• Complying with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations
• Keeping your account credentials secure

4. Subscription and Payment

Orderlyph offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a monthly subscription of ₱499. Payments are processed securely through PayMongo. Subscriptions are billed monthly and do not auto-renew — you will need to renew manually each billing period.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Orderlyph to sell illegal products or services, engage in fraud, spam customers, or violate any applicable law.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for non-payment after the trial period ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orderlyph is a tool to help you manage orders. We are not liable for disputes between Sellers and their customers, lost orders, payment failures on the customer side, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Orderlyph after changes means you accept the updated terms.
